By accessing or using OmniTrackr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other reasons we deem necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OmniTrackr only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service except as permitted
• Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or that is illegal, defamatory, or otherwise harmful

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach acceptable use.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g. reviews, ratings, and lists). By posting content, you grant OmniTrackr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and operate on that content as needed to provide the Service (e.g. showing your reviews to others when you make them public). We do not claim ownership of your data. Metadata and artwork (e.g. posters) may come from third-party sources and are subject to their respective terms.

5. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms, for legal reasons, or to protect the Service and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party metadata (e.g. movie or game information) displayed in the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniTrackr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero if the Service is free for you).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over the Service operator, except where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions by posting a new version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
